Dr. Baylard was excellent. He took the time to educate and explain what he saw in my exam photos. He was professional but did not act as if rushing through the appointment. I would request him again and refer family and friends to him.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Sophie called us back almost immediately and she put Olivia at ease. She was even able to get pictures of Olivia's eyes! She is amazing. :) Dr. Baylard was great as always. Olivia was very scared and he was very patient with her.

Dr. Baylard and all staff members I have ever encountered are always friendly, helpful, and sincere in wanting me to receive the best eye care they can provide.

My only criticism with Complete Family EyeCare is that sometimes it is difficult to get appointments because that are so busy and backlogged with other patients. But then, I suppose that is a testimonial to them being an excellent practice that many people choose to go to. *As of June 2019 we will have a 3rd doctor at our practice and extending our hours to make finding and appointment easier*

Dr. Bhima is a fantastic doctor. I am having issues with my eye lids from my contacts and he is making sure my issues are resolved and takes the time to thoroughly answer my concerns.
